Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Anyone who intends to export or import goods shall report to the head of the relevant customs office the name, standard, quantity and price of such goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree.
On March 2015, the Defendant, upon receiving a proposal from the Twitman B to the effect that “I will bring the gold leader into or out of China, bring it out of China, offer air ticket charges, accommodation charges, and transportation expenses, and make 100,000 won per each gold leader separately,” and subsequently, was able to export or import the gold leader by means of hiding it in the port text.
1. Seald income;
A. On March 20, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with the foregoing B, etc., imported five gold bars (an amount equivalent to KRW 1kg, KRW 47,267,00 at the market price of 1kg and 47,267,00) by concealing them into the port and entering the port without reporting, and imported gold bars of 570 gold bars (an amount equivalent to KRW 570 at the market price of 5,359,717,000) over 114 times in total from around that time to January 17, 2017, as shown in attached Table 1/114 from around that time.
B. The Defendant committed a crime as a transport control unit.
As stated in the preceding paragraph, while importing B’s gold bars, the customs prosecutor of the Defendant had the Defendant continue to commit the crime of smuggling import by employing the third transportation volume of the Defendant, and had C and D enter China through the Incheon International Airport on February 22, 2017, 9 gold bars (total amount of KRW 1.8km, KRW 90,090,00) by concealing it in the port and entering the port without reporting from around that time until August 17, 2017, as indicated in the attached Table 115 to 156, supra, from around 17, 2017, 385 gold bars (3,77 kilograms, Rule 3,858,894,60,00) over 42 times in total through eight transportation volume, including C, and the equivalent amount of C and 187.287,817,287,2817,287,207,207.
