A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has been engaged in the work of entering the numbers, such as containers (official bottles) stored in the customer at the former Distribution Center of the Victim Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “victim Co., Ltd.”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and the specifications thereof, into the computer program of the victimized company.

On April 26, 2011, the Defendant: (a) on April 26, 2011, the Defendant: (b) had Hadjin-jin Co., Ltd. deposit 1,006,118 won No. 1,00 won No. 1,06,000 won deposited in the account in the name of the above F on April 26, 201; (c) had Hadjin-jin Co., Ltd. deposit money in the account (Account Number) bank account in the name of the above F on deposit; and (d) had F deposited money in the name of the Defendant 1,006,118 won, with the knowledge that the distribution center’s site warden or other employees could not properly grasp the current status even if inventory inspection was conducted; and (d) in violation of the duties that should accurately enter the volume of money deposited in the computer account; and (e) deposited money in the name of the Defendant 30:50.

From that time by the foregoing method, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1,512,224,725 won from 185 times in total, as stated in the attached list of crimes, from that time until September 24, 2012, and acquired pecuniary benefits, and caused property damage equivalent to the same amount to the damaged company.
