Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 05:40 on February 20, 2019, when the Defendant is engaged in driving his car B (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) and driving the instant vehicle in the direction of C in the direction of melting the mountain distance in Busan Gangseo-gu. Notwithstanding the fact that the vehicle signal is straighten signal, the Defendant, by negligence, caused the collision between the victim D(57 years of age) who was working on the right turn signal and the head side of the instant vehicle, caused the victim D to suffer approximately two weeks of injury to the victim, such as the victim F (44 years of age) who was in need of treatment of the said 5-day passenger car, and caused the victim’s injury to the said 5-day passenger car in the instant case, such as the victim’s injury to the said 5-day passenger car, and the victim’s injury to the said 5-day passenger car in the instant case, including the victim’s injury to the said 5-day passenger car in need of treatment of the said 4-day passenger car in the instant case (hereinafter referred to as the said 4-day non-party 1).
