A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2017, the Defendant: around 23:13, at around 23:50, 14, the Defendant used a police officer to move the police vehicle to the place of residence of the Defendant, who was under influence on the roads front of the Seongbuk-gun's Seongbuk-gun's Seongbuk-gun's Seongbuk-gun's Seongbuk-gun's Seongbuk-gun's Seongbuk Police Station "B police officer C (48 tax) to move the Defendant to the place of residence of the police station, but the Defendant refused to move the police vehicle to the place of residence.
