Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2014, at around 20:45, the Defendant filed a civil petition at the Nam-gu Office located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Germany, 95, and the employees considered that he neglected his civil petition, and then the Defendant left the above free entrance door (a 1m, 3m in length) of the main office of the Gu government on one occasion by generating the free entrance door (a 1m, 3m in length) of the said Gu government office.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged public goods used by public offices.
