1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four years.
2. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
E and F: (a) in early 2017, when one member of the organization responsible for collecting the money obtained by deceptioning through criminal acts, such as telephone finance fraud, was recruited from a single member who is responsible for collecting the money from a “componed passbook” at a place less than the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as the “Stopbook”), and then was informed of the account number of the one member of the one member who is responsible for the act of deceiving the money by sending telephone or text messages to many and unspecified persons by misrepresenting the employees of financial institutions, and allowing them to receive loans by deceiving the victims by the above method; (b) in order for the members of the one member to receive the money from the above one member by deceiving the victims through the above method and notify the F or E; and (c) in order for the members of the “stopbook” to withdraw the money deposited in the above one member and distribute the money to the “stop” and “the money by means of receiving the money from the Defendant and the one member by means of collecting the money.”

D A. From August 2017 to the F’s proposal, D performed as an organization organization of “passing”. Around October 22, 2017, departing from the Republic of Korea to the Philippines and collecting Grand passbook from around that time; Defendant A departing from the Republic of Korea to the Philippines on November 18, 2017; Defendant A, from February 2018, managed the members of the organization “passing passbook” and “passing passbook”; Defendant B, as Defendant D’s proposal, left the Republic of Korea from around October 2017 to around October 12, 2017; Defendant C, as Defendant D’s member of the Republic of Korea from around 00 to around 18, 208 to withdraw from the Republic of Korea to the organization of the Republic of Korea from around 2017 to around 17, 2017; Defendant C, as Defendant F’s member of the Republic of Korea from around 201 to the organization of the Republic of Korea from around 18, 2017.
