A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. The defendant in violation of the Fisheries Act is entitled to carry on fisheries only in the south-do coast as the captain of the above B.
