The Plaintiff is the purchaser of the entire real estate (hereinafter “the entire real estate of this case”).

② Around March 27, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract (hereinafter “instant first sales contract”) with a content of purchasing KRW 5.9 billion of the entire real estate (However, in the process of preparing a sales contract, certain land was excluded or any other land was added to the subject matter of sale) and agreed to treat the sales amount in a lump sum and to determine the detailed price of the parcel later.

③ As of March 28, 2008, upon C’s request, the Plaintiff prepared a sales contract (as of June 27, 2008, the title "the second sales contract of this case" hereinafter) to purchase the land, buildings, etc. related to the instant golf driving range as of March 28, 2008, in consideration of the purchase price of KRW 5.27 billion and the neighboring land tax, etc. as of June 27, 2008, the Defendant and the Defendant’s land under the name of the Defendant, as of June 27, 2008.
