When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14:10, 2016, the Defendant driven a B car at a section of about 10 km from the front of the Seoul metropolitan city to the front of the Southern-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, North Korea, the Southern-gun, the lower court, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 10 km away from the front of the Seoul metropolitan city.
