A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From October 21, 2019, the Defendant discovered a false victim from a name in front of the bus stops located in Incheon Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon around 08:40 on Oct. 21, 2019, and found the victim to board the bus, the Defendant, after which the victim got off the bus, recorded the part of the victim's EL Q9 mobile camera function, and taken a video image by inserting the part of the victim's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn't.

2. On June 12, 2020, the Defendant, who did not violate the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (use and photographing of cameras, etc.), tried to take pictures of the victim F (A30 mobile phone camera function when the Defendant was in possession of Samsung Galle-gu, Incheon, in order to take the appearance of the victim F (A., name, f., age 32) (a.e., age 32) that was moving into the screen of the 4th female toilets of the building E-4th female toilets in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and tried to gather the above mobile phone from the victim, but did not realize that intent.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to take photographs against the will of the victim, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera, but attempted to do so.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (the possession, etc. of cameras, photographed and photographed objects) receives videos taken by the victim’s body body flapsing out of stairs, from around November 24, 2019 to around 14:27 of the same month, from around 20:03 to around 26:27 of the same month, by using A30 mobile phones owned by the defendant in Seo-gu Incheon, with the Internet site I, and was taken against the victim’s will influence.
