Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than that licensed.

Nevertheless, at around 20:00 on February 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) posted six cms of approximately 5 cm at the bottom of the E’s bridge head, where the Defendant: (b) performed a medical act by sticking six cm of approximately 5 cm at the bottom of the F’s bridge head, where he/she finds that he/she wears a string of trees in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (c) performed a medical act by sticking six cm of approximately 5 cm at the bottom of the F’s bridge head; and (d) sticking one string of head.
