1. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion and C are practically identical companies and were established by the Defendant on January 26, 2012 for the purpose of evading C’s obligations. The Plaintiff was working for C and the Defendant from November 1, 2011 to May 31, 2013. The Plaintiff was entitled to receive KRW 2.5 million per month from November 1, 201 to December 2012, but was paid KRW 1,4.5 million ( KRW 35 million ( KRW 2.5 million x 14 months x 2.5 million), and paid KRW 1,5 million per month from December 201 to December 31, 201 ( KRW 2.5 million), but the Plaintiff was paid KRW 1,4.5 million per month from the payment of retirement benefits to KRW 3.15 million ( KRW 2,500,000,0000) to KRW 3.5 million ( KRW 2.15 million).5 million per month from May 1, 2013013

B. First of all, as to whether the Plaintiff was working for C and the Defendant from November 1, 201 to May 31, 2013, 2011 to December 2012, 2000 won per month, and as to whether the Plaintiff was paid KRW 2 million per month from January 201 to May 2013 to May 201, the overall purport of the pleadings is as follows: ① the Plaintiff’s actual business owner of the Defendant’s application for the instant claim and the Plaintiff’s actual business owner’s payment of retirement allowances, but the Plaintiff’s payment of wages and retirement allowances against the Plaintiff did not appear to have been verified as to the Plaintiff’s delayed payment, ② the fact that the Plaintiff was not prosecuted as to the Plaintiff’s payment of wages and retirement allowances due to the Plaintiff’s failure to pay the Plaintiff’s claim and the Plaintiff’s actual business owner’s payment of retirement allowances, ③ the fact that the Plaintiff’s actual business owner’s payment of wages and retirement allowances was not verified as to the Plaintiff’s representative E and the Plaintiff’s payment of the Plaintiff’s 1.
