1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,537,065 as well as 6% per annum from December 1, 2011 to November 27, 2013 to the Plaintiff.

The defendant, on September 30, 2010, concluded a contract with the Sido Comprehensive Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seodo Construction") for the construction of a ground warehouse and a factory (hereinafter referred to as the "instant construction") in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as the "Seodong-gu Construction") with the construction cost of KRW 1.2 billion (excluding value-added tax) and the construction period from October 9, 2010 to December 30, 2010.

On December 2, 2010, the non-party company subcontracted the electrical construction part of the instant construction to the Plaintiff as KRW 130 million (excluding value-added tax).
