Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives a car owned by a slotr (State).

On June 28, 2016, at around 08:00, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle from the northwest to the southwest of Yong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the two-lanes, at the second-lanes of the two-lanes, while driving the said vehicle at the same three-lanes of the three-lanes, sentenced the victim D (V, 38 years old) who was going in the same three-lanes of the said three-lanes, changed the lanes in the two-lanes of the vehicle, the Defendant sawd the horn, ring the horn, and ring it by using the vehicle.
