Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs were employed as a fixed-term driver on the date of commencement of the service period of each "period of service" list of attached Table 3, and were employed as a company for the purpose of passenger transportation, etc. on the date indicated in the column, and retired on the date indicated in the column.
B.
