Reasons
1. The reasons for the entry of this case by the court of first instance concerning this case are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, since Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act are as follows.

The second 4-5 of the part used by the Plaintiff was “in fact,” and the second 4-5 of the said part was read as “the fact that the Plaintiff again provided alcoholic beverages to juveniles around December 27, 2016, when the administrative disposition procedure was in progress due to the fact that the Plaintiff provided alcoholic beverages to juveniles around September 9, 2015.”
