1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs had already asserted the qualified acceptance of inheritance in the lawsuit No. 2013Gaso25680 of this Court, and had its judgment limited executory power within the scope of the property inherited from the network E even though the plaintiffs asserted the qualified acceptance of inheritance on the grounds of the objection in this case, the plaintiffs' claim to exclude the whole executory power of the above judgment is unlawful as it goes against the validity corresponding to the res judicata effect of the above judgment on the existence and validity of the qualified acceptance.
