1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is the spouse of the deceased C (D students and hereinafter “the deceased”) on January 28, 2014 when serving as the dean of the International Trade Department at B University management university.

B. On January 28, 2014, at around 14:00, the Deceased discovered that there was no consciousness on the books on the 4th floor of the office located in Nam-gu, Busan E University F Campus 8, Nam-gu, Busan, and transferred to G Hospital, but died at around 16:10 on the same day.

C. On November 28, 2014, the Plaintiff asserted that the deceased’s death was an occupational accident, and filed a claim for the payment of bereaved family’s compensation with the Defendant. However, on April 2, 2015, the Defendant rendered a disposition to pay bereaved family’s compensation (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that “Inasmuch as the deceased’s death was naturally aggravated and died rather than the deceased’s death due to overwork or stress, it is difficult to deem that there is a proximate causal relation with the death of the deceased.”

The plaintiff filed a request for review with the Public Official Pension Benefit Review Committee, but was dismissed on September 9, 2015.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. From August 16, 2013 to August 15, 2013, the Plaintiff asserted that he/she concurrently held that he/she is the head of the International Trade Department in the Business College, the head of the International Trade Department in the International Trade and Logistics Department in the International Trade and Logistics Department in the International Trade and Logistics Department, and the principal of the graduate school in the International Trade and Logistics Department in the second semester in the second semester in the year 2013. The Plaintiff was in charge of the seasonal semesters for 45 hours in the Bulule in the year 2013. From January 11, 2014 to the 15th day of the same month, he/she was taking charge of the affairs of transferring the space of the International Trade Department in the International Trade Department in the Hong Kong, preparation for specialization of the local university in the business,

As such, the Deceased suffers from severe occupational stress and mental stress.
