A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the Incheon District Court on June 15, 2016, and the said judgment was finalized on November 3, 2016.

1. On July 8, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) around 22:50, the following: (a) around 441 KT inspection team, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, for the 581 KT inspection team, and operated a D motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1km to the front road of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a D's low-income car in violation of the Road Traffic Act (after-accident).

On July 8, 2016, around 22:50 on July 22, 2016, the Defendant, as the Seo-gu Incheon Central Party, continued three lanes, from the front 581 Domble, from the front Dom, to the front Domble of the front Dom, at an insular speed.

At the time, the victim E was parked at night and at the fourth lane, so there was a duty of care to safely drive the brake system by accurately operating it to the driver of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and received the back portion of the victim's left side of the vehicle due to the negligence of the defendant's driving vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, destroyed the victim’s automobile repair cost of KRW 12,349,379, and escaped without taking any measures, even though he did not take any measures.

3. On July 8, 2016, from around 23:57 to July 9, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of drinking), from around 00:21, the Incheon Seo-gu apartment, from around 23:0 to July 9, 2016, and from around 10:70,00 in Incheon Seo-gu G apartment, from around 103:70, and from around 703:70, the Defendant did not take any measures to cause a traffic accident. The occurrence of head car, etc. deemed to be the Defendant on the vehicle operated by the said Defendant, and smells the Defendant
