[criminal power] On November 10, 1982, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 70,000 to a fine of KRW 300,000,000 for larceny at the Cheongju District Court on January 25, 1984, to a punishment of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on January 25, 1984, and to a punishment of imprisonment with prison labor at the Kangcheon District Court on July 25, 2002. On December 14, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 30,000,000 as a fine for larceny at the Cheongju District Court on March 11, 201.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant habitually stolen the victims' articles at least six times in total as follows:

1. At around 08:00 on April 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a back door door of the car operation in which the victim E stops F&C and does not lock by taking advantage of the cresh inside a kindergarten, and (b) cut off with one cell phone with a single driver’s license, one resident registration certificate, one agricultural bank passbook, one stamp, one seal, etc., which is owned by the victim who was in the back seat of the driver’s seat; and (c) cut off with a single cell phone with the victim’s credit card equivalent to KRW 4,100,000,000.
2. At around 08:50 on December 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of JM5 car in front of the H childcare center located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; (b) opened a door of JM5 car owned by the victim I, who was not set up by the above method, and cut off with one cell phone with a face value of KRW 300,000,000,000 in the market price of KRW 500,000,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, and one resident registration certificate.

3. On February 24, 2012, around 08:30, the Defendant opened a back door of the said passenger vehicle, which was located in the back seat of the driver’s seat and did not lock the victim’s children to a kindergarten in front of the “K Child Care Center” located in a considerable area of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, with a view to bringing the victim’s children to a kindergarten, and opened the back door of the said passenger vehicle and opened it, and the market price equivalent to KRW 900,000,000, which was owned by the victim.
