Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2016, at around 20:19, the Defendant driven a B-wing-III cargo vehicle with approximately 1km alcohol concentration of about 0.21% while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.21% in front of the Do community center located in the same Ri on the road in front of the spring restaurant located in the Do.
