Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 7,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle E in the vehicle.

On April 26, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 22:20 on April 26, 2014, and moved the road in front of the Pungcheon-dong Water Zone Office in the Hancheon-dong Water Zone into the private distance outflow of the water zone office at the backside of the water zone and changed the course into one lane.

In such a case, although a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to change the course of the motor vehicle by operating a direction direction, etc., in advance of the change of the course of the vehicle in front and rear left, it was negligent in neglecting the duty of care to change the course from four lanes to one lane, and due to negligence in changing the course from four lanes to one lane, the part of the victim's G SM5 vehicle's right side side on the left side of the same direction as the driving direction of the motor vehicle of the defendant.

As a result, the Defendant destroyed the above SM5 vehicle owned by the victim to be equivalent to KRW 2,265,782, and escaped without taking necessary measures.

B. The Defendant: (a) stated that “the Defendant would have driven the Defendant’s body” on the other Defendant’s vehicle, and made a false statement to the investigation agency; and (b) requested the Defendant to conceal the Defendant as the offender by making a false statement to the investigation agency.

On April 26, 2014, B consented to this, at the transportation investigation office of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station in the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 23:10, 2014, he made a false statement as if he caused a traffic accident and made the defendant escape by concealing the fact that he is a criminal

Accordingly, the defendant instigated the criminal defendant to escape.

2. Defendant B: (a) on April 26, 2014, the transportation investigator of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), Young-gu (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).
