1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) Co., Ltd.: (a) from May 31, 2013 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) KRW 410,000,000 and its amount.

A. As to the Plaintiff’s land in Gwangju City (hereinafter “instant land”), the counterclaim Defendant’s contract for PM business services with the content that the counter Defendant will provide services for authorization and permission, such as a borrowback site, legitimate facility construction plan, access road plan, etc. (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

1. One business name: The business name of Gwangju City Etype, a plan for the establishment of legitimate facilities and a plan for access roads;

2. 1) Contents of the contract: (i) Permission for the soil creation of the site in question (total project site), designation of a district unit (at least 50-80% of the project site), (ii) Permission for the installation of lawful facilities and plan for access roads (at least 8M), and (iii) Preparation and submission of a legitimate facility business plan (at least 50-80%) after the permission for the soil creation, and (iv) preparation and submission of an environmental impact assessment, all of the basic surveys, such as surface surveys of cultural properties; (v) Civil engineering and design work 6) 7); (v) 8m expansion of access roads (at least 4.5m20m2 at the present 4.5m x) connected to the project site from F, which is a clan site, to the project site; and (v) Permission for the soil creation and the responsibility for soil creation, are the responsibility of a PM service company.

3. Contract period: From the contract date to the completion of discussions in accordance with the authorization and permission of a soil borrow site, designation of a district unit, completion of access plan, and design authorization and permission plan.

4. Contract amount: 560,000,000 won (excluding value-added tax).
