A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Upon receipt of a notice of enlistment in active duty service, the defendant shall comply with the enlistment within three days from the date of enlistment.

Nevertheless, on December 11, 2017, the Defendant issued a written notice of enlistment under the name of the Gyeongnam District Military Manpower Administration to the 15 association of the Gyeongnam District Military Manpower Education Team in the name of the Gyeongnam District Military Manpower Administration on December 11, 2017 to the delivery agency located in the counter B of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant failed to enlist without justifiable grounds by not later than three days after the date of enlistment.
