Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud, three years of probation, and the judgment was finalized on April 24, 2013. On December 18, 2014, the Daejeon District Court sentenced the Defendant to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Industrial Safety Act at the Daejeon District Court on March 12, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 10, 2015. On June 10, 2015, the Daejeon District Court sentenced the Defendant to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of forging private documents, etc. on October 23, 2015.

Criminal facts

[2015 Highest 2412] On January 11, 2013, the Defendant called “E, the representative director of the victim D, purchased the company’s sand sand plant (industrial waste crushing) 1 sets from a limited company specialized in the next securitization, which he purchases the company’s sand plant 1 sets from the company specialized in the next securitization.”
