1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff A is the spouse of deceased G (gender: woman, date of birth: HH; hereinafter "the deceased"), and the plaintiff B and C are the parents of the deceased.

B. On October 24, 2016, the Deceased was admitted to the I Hospital operated by Defendant D (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) and was given medical treatment from the Defendant E by the childbirth and the medical specialist working at the Defendant Hospital.

Defendant E confirmed the deceased’s pregnancy and conducted pre-industrial medical treatment, and the blood pressure of the deceased measured at the time was 150/103m Hg, and the deceased knew that he had a high blood pressure family.

Defendant E recommended the Deceased to perform pharmacologic treatment by reporting internal medicine and treatment, and the Deceased’s blood pressure on the same day was 120 to 130mHg, and the blood pressure was changed depending on the emotional condition. The internal medicine doctor measured the blood pressure to the Deceased, and then reinject it to the internal medicine.

C. On November 4, 2016, the Deceased re-exploited the Defendant Hospital and was inspected by the father and the mother. At the time, the blood pressure of the Deceased was measured with 139/94mHg.

The Deceased showed both internal and medical treatment on the same day, and when the Deceased measured the blood pressure at the house to the internal medicine doctor, the blood pressure at the bar was at least 120 to 130mHg, and the blood pressure at the expanded season was at least 80 to 90mHg, and the internal medicine doctor was at the same time performing the transitional observation without performing any specific drug treatment.

On November 18, 2016, the Deceased admitted the Defendant Hospital to the A.M., the Defendant E diagnosed that the fetus was a documentary heritage on the ground that the heart of the fetus was lost, and accordingly, the Deceased agreed to conduct the relevant surgery at around 16:00 on the same day (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

The blood pressure of the deceased measured at the time of the above diagnosis was 159/100mHg, but the deceased said that the blood pressure of the deceased was measured at the level of 130mHg when he measured the blood pressure in his house and inside.

E. On November 18, 2016, the Deceased performed the instant operation around 16:15.
