2. In a place where it is difficult to know around September 3, 2018, the Defendant, “Yak field” fraud, the victim E, stating, “I will sell this Do at KRW 60 million.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell a spathy field to the victim, since the Defendant did not purchase the spathy field or pay the down payment from G, and even if he received the spathy price from the victim, he was planned to use it individually without paying the spathy price.
