Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:20 on December 27, 2013, the Defendant found the taxi engineer E and the aforementioned vehicle in the D District located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, for reasons of not paying the taxi fee due to alcohol, and sought to resolve this problem.
