Punishment of the crime

around 13:40 on November 21, 2016, at the fourth floor conference room of the building D “D” in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim by having the victim E ( South, 82 years old) who is one of the chairperson teams, by holding a committee to investigate the fall of the general assembly and taking part in a meeting where the chairperson of the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Council meetings, and wanting him/her to do so.
