1. The Defendant’s recovery disposition of subsidies of KRW 3,107,480 against the Plaintiff on May 14, 2015 and the suspension of subsidies for one year.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is the representative of the “C Child Care Center” in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, 110 Dong 102 (hereinafter “C Child Care Center”).
B. From March 11, 2014 to June 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on May 14, 2015, the Defendant issued the following guidelines: (b) pursuant to the Child Care Act (amended by Act No. 13321, May 18, 2015; (c) pursuant to the Child Care Act (amended by Act No. 13321, May 18, 2015); (d) pursuant to the guidance guidelines for infant care services in the Ministry of Health and Welfare in the year 2014, the Defendant suspended the operation of subsidies for KRW 3,107,480 equivalent to the total amount of the basic infant care subsidies paid to the Plaintiff during the period from March 11, 2014 to June 30, 2014; and (d) issued a false payment of the basic infant care fees for KRW 3,107,480; and (d) the instant disposition suspending the operation of subsidies for KRW 13060 to 360 months;
(1) In the order of order, “the instant disposition of recovering subsidies”, “the instant disposition of imposing penalty surcharges”, and “the instant disposition of suspending support” shall be deemed to be “each of the instant dispositions,” and each of the above dispositions shall be deemed to be “the grounds for recognition” / [the fact that there is no dispute, entry of evidence No. 1 (as stated in evidence No. 6) and the purport of the entire pleadings
2. Whether each disposition of this case is lawful
A.
