1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The following facts are acknowledged to the effect that there is no dispute or the entire pleadings, in addition to each macro- documentary evidence.
C(State) ordered D (States) to “Tymical Eympis Construction Works”, and on April 17, 2018, the Defendant received a subcontract from the said contractor for a reinforced concrete construction work (hereinafter “instant construction work”) during the said construction work (hereinafter “instant construction site”).
[A] 2. B. The Defendant re-subcontracted the entire construction of the instant case to F on April 24, 2018.
[1] The Plaintiff is operating a Chinese-style restaurant in the name of “H” in the “Sesung City G and the first floor,” which is an area adjacent to the instant construction site.
[A] The Plaintiff installed a container stuff directly at the construction site of this case, and provided meals to the members of the construction site from May 2018 to November 2018.

[5] [5] The monthly food cost based on the food ledger prepared by the Plaintiff is: ① KRW 7.2 million on May 7, 2018; ② KRW 16,821,00 on June 16, 2018; ③ July 17, 2018; ④ KRW 18,306,00 on August 18, 2018; ⑤ KRW 5.19,386,00 on September 19, 2018; ② KRW 602,00 on October 25, 2018; and ② KRW 9,108,00 on November 9, 2018.

From May 2018 to July 2018, the invoice prepared by the plaintiff is the food cost.
