A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2013, at around 16:35, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle, driven approximately KRW 20 km C truck at around the road in front of the Defendant's house located in Gyeongbuk-gun, Daegu Northern Police Station, which is located in 746 in the center of the Daegu Northern Police Station, in the front of the road.
