A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2,50,000 to a fine of KRW 2,50,000 due to a violation of road traffic law (driving alcohol) at a military court via the 2nd Military Military Operations Report on March 11, 201, and a fine of KRW 4,50,000 to a general military court of the 32nd Military Association on September 24, 2013, respectively.
