1. From November 9, 2013 to November 13, 2013, Defendant A and F posted a false statement on the sales of galthal thalthy in the Internet website Liberian on the Internet website and then paid the price to the victim G who reported galthal thalthal thalthalthal thalthal thalthalthal thalthal thalthalthal thalthalthal thalthalthal thalthalthy, Defendant A and F received KRW 270,000 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (I) account under the name of H for the same day as the price for goods from the victim, and acquired the total of KRW 1,350,000 from the five victims by the same method as indicated in attached Table 1.

2. On January 24, 2014, Defendant A, F, and Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant et al.”) posted a false statement on the sale of gallon-2 on the Internet website’s mid-to-gallon-to-gallon, and then received KRW 200,00 from the said date to the account under the name of Defendant FF (K) for the same day as the price for the goods from the victim, and acquired the money by transfer from 14 victims, as described in the attached Table 2, by means of the same method between the said date and March 3, 2014.

3. On March 4, 2014, the Defendants’ co-principals posted a false statement on the sales of gallonian 2 on the Internet site’s mid-to-gallon Roster on the Internet site, and paid the price to the victims who reported it to the Lgallon, as if they would have sent gallon jus, they would have received 250,000 won from the victims to the Defendant A’s one bank (M) account as the price for goods on the same day, and the said date and time from March 12, 2014 to March 12, 2014 in the same manner, 10 persons, as shown in attached Table 3, as shown in the List of Crimes.
