Details of the disposition

The plaintiff is the council of occupants' representatives of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government A apartment (hereinafter referred to as "the apartment of this case") established under the Housing Act.

Plaintiff

On June 2006, 130 others filed a complaint (case number: case number: Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office 2006 type No. 63604) against C Chairperson C, representative director D, and E’s representative director E, which was the supervisory company of the construction of the apartment of this case (hereinafter “B”), F, and G’s employees who were the supervising company of the apartment of this case (case number: 2006 type No. 63604).

On February 22, 2007, the prosecutor in charge of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office rendered a non-prosecution decision by viewing that there is no suspicion due to insufficient evidence of the suspicion of the above C, D, F, and G.

On April 3, 2007, the plaintiff filed an appeal against the decision of non-prosecution with respect to the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office (Case Number: No. 2007 U.S., No. 2518), but the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office dismissed the plaintiff's appeal on May 29, 2007, and the plaintiff's reappeal (Case Number: Supreme Prosecutors' Office No. 2007 B.7123) was also dismissed.

The plaintiff filed an application for the Seoul High Court's ruling but was dismissed on June 2008.

On September 1, 2008, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against B seeking damages for defective construction, etc. of the apartment of this case (case number: Seoul Central District Court 2008Gahap85111) and continues in the first instance trial.

On March 20, 2015, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for disclosure of information on all the records of the above Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office 2006-type 63604, Seoul High Prosecutors' Office 2007-type 2518, Supreme Prosecutors' Office 2007 non-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-
