Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual operator of “D Co., Ltd.” in Jincheon-gun C, and the above D Co., Ltd and the victim E Co., Ltd are corporations established for the purpose of manufacturing LPG containers and high-pressure gas containers, both companies are competing with each other.

On October 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at a creative post office located in 695 by the judgment of the petition of the Chungcheongnam-si around 2016, in order to interfere with the lending of operating funds in progress by the victim company against the new bank and the branch of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund; and (b) the equipment of “(H) E (F) E (representative:F)” is the old equipment of the vessel manufacturer G (H: representative) with the location of the Southern-si, the actual state of E is H of the defaulted G and F C as the representative director; and (c) is prupted with financial support.

E is wrong to invest the Government's funds for supporting electricity and hydrogen vehicles in the manufacture of LPG containers, and E is the date of its default.

The petition was sent by mail to a new bank, a new financial center, another branch of the Credit Guarantee Fund, and the Mine-gun Council, other than 20.

In fact, however, the victim company did not use the elderly facilities of G or use the government's subsidies to the LPG manufacturing business, and H was not the actual operator of the victim company.

Defendant sent a written petition containing the above contents to impair the credibility of the victim company and at the same time interfered with the victim company's business by deceptive means.
