A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On or around December 4, 2012, the Defendant purchased one motor vehicle of CNFK LA from a used motor vehicle dealer in the trade name in Suwon-si, which was held at Suwon-si on August 28, 2012, and received a loan of KRW 13,70,000 from the social company of the victim's Republic of Korea, and paid the price. On September 5, 2012, the Defendant created a mortgage over the said motor vehicle with the claim value of KRW 6,850,000 in the name of the victim company.

Nevertheless, on December 4, 2012, the Defendant sold the said car to the person who was named in his name in the coffee shop in Ansan-si, on the condition that the person who was named in his name was paid the installment from April 25, 2013 to February 25, 2014, and delivered it, and became a transfer of ownership in the name of the limited liability company.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the above car, thereby hindering the victim company's exercise of rights to the car.

2. Around January 10, 2013, the Defendant purchased one DNFetetet other car through a motor vehicle with his/her name undisfortunates from the unfortunates Co., Ltd. on the part of the Defendant around January 10, 2013, and received a loan of KRW 10,000 from the victim Non-NFets Capital Co., Ltd., and paid the price. On January 11, 2013, the Defendant created a mortgage over the said car with the claim amount of KRW 6,00,000 in the name of the victim company.

Nevertheless, on January 24, 2013, the Defendant sold the said car under the condition that the said car was paid from the buyer to the buyer on April 2, 2013, and delivered it at the same time, and became a transfer of ownership in the name of a limited liability company.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the above car, thereby hindering the victim company's exercise of rights to the car.
