1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Defendant is the founder of the Simdong Agricultural and Agricultural Product Wholesale Market (hereinafter “instant market”). The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter “the Intervenor”) is a market manager who was partially entrusted by the Defendant with the management authority over the instant market, and the Plaintiff is designated to list, wholesale, or wholesale the items of fishery products of the instant market by being entrusted by the Defendant from the shipper during the period from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2016.

B. On July 14, 2015, the Defendant sent to the intervenors a public notice of the designation of the trading method of the fishery products sector in the year 2015, “the designation of the fishery products sector” (hereinafter “the Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products”) to the Intervenor, and notified that the name of the bridge was listed for the period from August 15, 2015 to December 31, 2015 (hereinafter “the designation of the listed items”), and the shipper demanded the designation of the listed items.
