Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bus B.
On September 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a B bus around 20:15, and proceeded on the one-lane side of the two-lane street on the 00-lane side of the 00-lane side of the 00-lane side of the 00-lane side in the Osan-si.

As a result, the Defendant had the victim C, who is a driver of the DMW car due to the above occupational negligence, suffered injury, such as the left-hand check box, salt, etc. requiring approximately 2 weeks medical treatment, and suffered injury from the 11 victims as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
