A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and completed the execution of the said sentence on September 5, 2009.

From the end of July 2012 to the beginning of August 2012, 2012, the Defendant accepted the request to introduce one person who needs to serve as a guard from C.

The defendant suggested that D had an opportunity to pay money to D who became aware of in the horse race track, and D accepted it once.

On August 8, 2012, the Defendant introduced D to C at the F next coffee shop located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

At that place, D took a photograph of evidence to C, but the Defendant and D had been well aware of the fact that the photograph of evidence would be used to forge the identification card, and, in return, intended to divide the specified amount of the profits that would be obtained by using the forged identification card.

C On August 16, 2012, 2012, the first police officer of the Seoul Police Agency, who was a public document, forged one copy of a driver’s name certificate in the name of the director of the Seoul Police Agency, which was a public document, for the purpose of using the certification photograph of D, which was dried by D from D, in a manner that the fluencing of D’s personal information into G, with the intention of using the flucing of D’s photograph on the driver’s license that was written by an influcencing method, and D used the forged driver’s license as if it was duly established while waiting outside C at the 16th floor life insurance association and consumer protection department of the 16th floor in the extreme Building in Seoul, Jung-gu, 2012.

As above, although the Defendant was well aware that C used a photograph verifying D’s identification card to forge and use it, the Defendant introduced D to C, thereby aiding and abetting C and D’s act of forging and uttering of forged public documents.
