The defendant deceivings the victim by the above method and was provided with food equivalent to 36,000 won at the market price from the injured party.

[20, 3925] On July 15, 2020, the Defendant ordered an employee to provide alcohol and food to the “N” restaurant operated by the victim M in Gwangju Dong-gu L on July 14, 2020, and operated it as if he would pay the normal meal cost.

However, the defendant is provided with drinking and food from the injured party.
