1. 특정범죄가중처벌등에관한법률위반(운전자폭행등) 피고인은 2020. 8. 18. 22:50경 부산 사상구 사상로 201(괘법동)에 있는 부산서부시외버스터미널 인근에서 피해자 B(남, 65세)이 운행하는 C 택시의 뒷좌석에 탑승하여 같은 날 23:10경 창원시 성산구 정동로162번길 57(남산동)에 있는 남산시외버스터미널 부근을 지나던 중 위 택시를 운행 중이던 위 피해자에게 “야, 이 사기꾼 같은 놈아.”라고 말하며 손바닥으로 위 피해자의 뒤통수 부위를 수회 때리고, 창원시 의창구 신월동에 있는 창원광장 로터리를 지나던 중 위 피해자에게 “야, 이 사기꾼아, 차 세워라, 개새끼야.”라고 말하며 재차 손바닥으로 위 피해자의 뒤통수 부위를 4~5회 때리고, 같은 날 23:20경 목적지인 창원시 의창구 D상가 앞 도로에 정차하여 위 피해자로부터 택시요금의 지불을 요구받고 그곳 뒷좌석에 드러누워 위 피해자의 가슴 부위를 발로 수회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the above victim while driving a taxi.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2020. 8. 18. 23:40경 창원시 의창구 D상가 앞에서, 행인의 112 신고를 받고 그곳 현장에 출동한 경남창원중부경찰서 E파출소 소속 경위 F이 피고인에게 택시요금을 지불한 후 귀가할 것을 종용하였다는 이유로, 위 F의 얼굴 부위를 향하여 주먹을 수회 휘두르고 위 F의 우측 정강이 부위를 발로 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning civil petition handling affairs.
