The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The statements by the victim of the summary of the grounds for appeal are reliable, and this case does not constitute legitimate defense as a case of assault by both parties.
2. According to the records of this case, it is reasonable for the court below to determine that the defendants' act constitutes legitimate defense, and the prosecutor's assertion is without merit.
3.
