Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise provided for in any other Act, no one shall transfer, acquire or pledge any means of access used to make a transaction request in electronic financial transactions or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the details of such transaction.

Nevertheless, around January 15, 2013, the Defendant transferred to C the means of access, such as a passbook (Account Number B) 1 and a cash card, in front of the Korea Standards Dold World Bank located in Busan-dong 2, Busan-gu, 163-dong 163-dong 163.
