Punishment of the crime

1. The “Support Project for Re-Support Facilities for Village-Based Residents” promoted the “Support Project for Re-Support Facilities for Village-Based Residents” with the content of the local government’s subsidy to increase the added value of farmers around 2009 for each Si/Gun.

The total project cost shall be KRW 100,000,000, and 70% among them shall be Dovina, 20% shall be Gunvina, and 10% shall be appropriated for self-payment of the person subject to the project.

A around January 20, 2010, when filing an application for a subsidy at the food distribution department and office of the Gosong-gun, Gosong-gun, Gosong-gun, Gosong-gun, and submitted a copy of the deposit passbook in the F name deposited in KRW 10,000,000 as if it were self-paid by Defendant A and the above women's association, and the above women's association was selected as the recipient of the subsidy on March 17, 2010.
