When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:40 on April 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) considered that the victim C (58 years of age) was under the age of 17:50 at the entrance of the Ansan-dong Central Market at Ansan-dong, Anyang-gu, Annyang-gu, Annyang-gu, the Defendant assaulted the victim by putting the victim’s body back and face at one time by hand on his hand at around 17:50 on the same day.
