Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 60,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of a passenger car in C-learning.

On June 1, 2013, the Defendant, around 02:00 on June 1, 2013, was living at a 40km/h speed as a bank located at the seat of a moving area, one lane prior to the “Iririju station” located in the Dogdogdo.

It is a straight line road.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to ensure that he/she should safely drive the motor vehicle in advance and prevent accidents by safely driving the motor vehicle.
