A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2016, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle at a section of about 200 meters from the front to the front road of the Red Saemaul Community Center located in the same Eup/Myeon 196 street from the front road of the red livestock 139 in Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun. The Defendant driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from around 200 meters to the front road of the Red Saemaul Community Center located in the same Eup/Myeon.

There is a record of being punished several times for the same crime that the crime of this case was committed.
