Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 75,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

On November 8, 2013, at around 15:30 on November 15, 2013, the Defendant made others uneasy, or annoyed and diseasyed by a speech or behavior, standing around, gathering around, following, or uttering very rough and menacing, without justifiable grounds, in front of the Cnb in Daejeon Daejeon B.
