1. The Defendant’s KRW 15,490,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from June 1, 2014 to December 19, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) The Defendant is a doctor who operates D sexual surgery on the 3rd floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building, and the Plaintiff was subjected to the basin expansion surgery from the Defendant on September 16, 2013. 2) The Defendant explained to the Plaintiff the side effects, etc. due to the basin expansion surgery before the surgery, and conducted a chest radiation photograph, heart test, and blood test as a result of the surgery before the surgery.
On September 16, 2013, the Defendant inserted a square of 280cc size of 280cc in the lower bank of both the Plaintiff’s basin (hereinafter “the first operation”) by approach to the lower bank of the basin.
